"It has the potential to be amazing and, we were so looking forward to eating here from the pics and reviews... But, as the night progressed the the quality of both service and food deteriorated. We came in ordered a few steaks and a salad, it took over 2 hours to arrive, they acknowledged it was taking a while after an hour wait and provided complimentary nachos. We kept having to ask when food was going to be ready as we were sat upstairs, the restaurant was empty and we were confused why it was taking so long. Once food arrived, the majority of us were disappointed. Our steaks were completely overdone bar one and during the meal a member had found a hair. At that point, there was no point in complaining as we didn't want to wait any longer and just wanted to leave. We raised the concerns when we asked for the bill and, the waiter sent up the chef to talk to us. He had explained that they had experienced a sudden, unexpected busy event and wasn't sure where the hair had come from (unfortunately, we were all in unison that it was from him he had failed to come up with a beard and hair net/hat and he was a full haired gent). We had agreed upon a 10% discount on the bill (we're reasonable and understood there are some things that cannot be controlled) so felt that 10% was just since we still committed to eating there. However, it wasn't until after we left we realised... They had charged us for an additional drink. (None of us ordered a drink, we kept to water) So we're further disappointed. Very unfortunate, as the majority of the food was of good quality, the steaks and mushrooms had a lovely flavour from the grill and the onion rings had a lovely bloom to them... But, with added insult to injury (the additional drink charge) the instant mash, over cooked steaks after a 2 hour wait, the hair in food and mushy rice. I feel it's safe to say all 8 of us will not be returning. Maybe it was an off day, but the communication was not there, the wait was excruciating when the orders were literally 7 steaks, onion rings, veg, salad, rice, mash and ribs and the hair was inexcusable. From the reviews we thought we would try. All I can say is I presume eating in is great, the food via delivery is shocking! Over £50 and to be honest it looks worse than the food I feed by dog! The staff were excellent—polite, friendly, and understanding. I did mention my concerns about the steak, but unfortunately, no resolution was offered. While it wasn’t severe enough for me to escalate the issue, the combination of the wait time and the chef's inconsistency in preparing the steak makes me hesitant to return. If you're considering a visit, it’s decent, but be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially if you’re quite hungry.

Don’t let the small amount of negative reviews steer you away from this restaurant. The food is magnificent !! And good value for money. The atmosphere is wonderful. We were helped by two servers called Nisha and Sajeeb which were 2 of the most lovely, polite and helpful people. Who clearly care about the business. I Only have positive things to say about this place. I never write reviews but I had too in this case !! One of the best steakhouses in this area. And the portions sizes are extremely generous!!
