Absolutely amazing place. Very clean. Staff are very friendly and kind. Food is fresh and delicious. Its a perfect night out. Lovely selection of juices and shakes, steaks, everything. I highly recommend this place. 10 out of 10. I am very happy with EVERYTHING.

The food was served promptly and piping hot. The chicken meal was delicious and came with a variety of tasty sides. However, the steak was disappointing this time as it had a sour taste. The waiter was accommodating and tried to rectify the issue by changing the style of steak and sauce, but the underlying taste remained. Despite this, the restaurant offered good service and hot food overall.

I visited this restaurant today after a long time, and I was impressed by the delicious food. I would definitely return again. The service was good too, very quick, and I appreciate when restaurants ask how the food is. I had the chicken and mushroom pie with mashed potatoes and creamy spinach as a side. My friend had the steak and chips. The food was of great value and highly recommended. Can't wait to go back again.

First class service from our waiter. Very clean restaurant. The Macaroni Cheese Burger was delicious as was the Lamb Steak with Garlic Sauce. Best Steak I've tasted in years. Beef cake with BBQ sauce, also good. We had a great experience here. Oh! and I almost forgot the amazing Chilli Sauce which is placed on each table. It tastes natural. It's delicious as well as just spicy. Shame they closed before we could order dessert. We would return.

I ate here in all options eat in, take away, and deliver) Eat in: The inside atmosphere is really comfy. The service was very quick and in good taste. Food was really good, hot and impressively served. Delivery and take away: Firstly the delivery has a limited menu only 3 steaks are available). Food from delivery is not hot. 5 min by car from steakout) Dishes are not make with love Summary Steakout Norbury is a good place to go and spend time with friends or family. I can 't recommend ordering from this restaurant.

Update: 25/08/22 The taste and quality of the Steaks have become really good. Service has improved too. Air conditioning works a treat but direction of air is right on the face and table which isn't ideal specially for young kids babies. Overall very good experience specially the food but unfortunately is still quite pricey, so still 4 stars. Old review: Good steaks but a bit pricey for what it is. Also the steaks aren't the best that I've tasted but still very very good. Parking is an issue in peak hours but off peak after 7 plenty of spaces available on the road. If they reduce their prices a bit then this would be a really great steak place.

We had a really pleasant experience overall at this restaurant. Hassan provided exceptional service. If I had to be critical, the steak could have been more tender and the onions beneath it were too raw for my liking. It might be better to offer an option for partially caramelized onions. The Steakout version of the steak is recommended as the hotplate helps keep it warm until the end. I ordered the Porterhouse (T-Bone) with mushroom sauce and enjoyed the flavor. My wife tried the tomato garlic sauce, but felt there was too much sauce on the dish. Our kids enjoyed the popcorn chicken, and I personally liked the plain jane buffalo wings that we ordered as well.

Found it very deceiving, you actually pay for sides even though it is numbered as number 4 and ask you to pick a side, there’s even an arrow to choose for the sides you want. For what you pay, it is not worth it. I have eaten steak throughout UK, never paid for aides separately amd steaks have tasted better and been cheaper as well. The service was good though, can’t fault the waiters. When added all the extras and sides, my bill came to almost £200 for 6 adults. The most i have paid for steak including Angus beef) is £25 with sides. Chips tasted like frozen ones, not made fresh. Disappointing to say the least. You also have to get your veg separately.
