In general the dishes seemed very poor compared to their cost, for example we paid 3 rolls for 9 euros, an exaggeration. We expected much more from a restaurant in the center of Milan with 4.4 stars. Not at all the same as Sumire which I had visited several times 4/5 years ago. Now the food tastes bad, (apart from a couple of people) the staff is rude, and you can no longer breathe the air you once did. Having peeked in and seen a chef coughing in the kitchen without covering his mouth, I also had issues with the hygiene. I strongly advise against it.

Authentic Japanese restaurant (the owner, Taka if I'm not mistaken, is Japanese) in Milan for 15 years now. I was there for a business dinner and had a great time. All the dishes were very good and different from the typical all-you-can eat sushi you find around. Even the sashimi, which I usually don't appreciate, was special. I highly recommend it!
