"We visited this lovely, immaculately clean and friendly cafe last month with our baby and dog to grab some food and a coffee and it did not disappoint. The staff are warm and greet you with kindness and a helpful manner at all times. Including our little dog who was spoilt with attention. The coffee is exceptional and their eco friendly cups reflect their kind and respectful responsibility for their surroundings. The cakes are amazing, probably the best we have tasted for a long time! The food was exceptional and we will be rushing back soon. I have seen multiple references to another cafe slightly down the road “woodlands” I believe. We were in fact turned away as our pushchair and baby were simply to large and inappropriate for their service. This was not the case at Kitchenetta and we are glad to see this local business looking after the local growing community. Thank you for a wonderful lunch and we will Be recommending you highly to all!"

"Firstly the food was quite nice and the place in general was nice. We sat inside as no space outside. The food was such a long wait which was not ideal with children. I would advice to sit outside only with children as then they could have been distracted with the playarea. I was surprised at the lack of staff on for a lunchtime, especially during the school holidays and on a nice day. Considering it was lunchtime when we turned up, there were no menus on the tables. I had to get in line of a queue of 6 people before me just to ask for a menu. The bar staff was on his own, but was also very slow. We then had a 40 minute wait which it does state on the menu is the norm. This did surprise me as most places state a 25 minute wait tops. I appreciate it was busy, but again the wait could have been avoided with a lot more staff on. It just wasn't enough for such a large place in the middle of the summer holidays."

"absolutely loved our visit here. gorgeous, fresh, modern furnishings, beautiful lighting, friendly staff, a beautiful, comfortable atmosphere and, as I mentioned at the time, what I think was the best pizza I ever had! I was for a montanara. Sounds interesting, tasty. they have to try this amazing creation consisting of chorizo, goat cheese and a turbulent of honey. absolutely excellent. special thanks to amanda, who felt friendly, attentive and very welcome to us. zucci had an excellent menu, nice fresh tasting food and I would really recommend you try it!"

"Ordered three drinks, four turned up, and charged for four. Ordered four meals one tunrned up on its own, a few minutes later two more meals turned up, but were incomplete, red onion chuckney was missing, the person serving who was also running the bar made no mention of the missing chuckney. Both meals were cold, when the missing chuckney was mentioned we were told they had run out, no mention when ordered or delivered. The fourth meal turned some some minutes later. We requested that one of the cold meal be re-heated and the other to be replaced by an alternative. The alternative turned up approx 30 minutes later having been told it would take 10 minutes. The re-heated meal did not turn up and we had to request a refund. The alternative meal turned up with no cutlery. No apologies given at any point during this and no offer of a complimentory drink or a reduction for the fact that the chuckney was missing. Two of the meals were of good quality, but the experience was poor as all meals turned up at dilfferent times, and one person ended up having no food at all. It was a very poor experience, probably due to only one member of staff trying to run the bar and manage the delivery of food. The single member of staff showed no empathy to the situation and appeared less than interested in making it any better. All in all a very disapointing experience"

"We poled up (4 of us) after 3 on a Sunday afternoon on spec after our hotel had tried to book a table for us and been told they were fully booked. Inside was fully booked but the outside tables were available and there was sunshine and no rain! So we ordered 4 cream teas. Served promptly, courteously, and efficiently. And far better than Devon or Cornwall combined could do, I reckon. Lovely location, great service, really friendly staff and so tolerant too. We were meeting up with friends of over 50 years, sharing memories, and really enjoying the warm scones cream tea, and aftetnoon sunshine, so we stayed there chatting oblivious of time passing beyond closing time. The staff just left us alone, no pressure to leave and when I popped my head in to say thank you and sorry, I was met with just my smiles and thank yous for appreciating us! Simply superb. We will be back."
