First time coming to a TGI Friday’s, the staff were all so friendly. Our waiter Kieran was awesome super friendly and chatty. The food was amazing. The restaurant was quite chilly, and the staff seemed overwhelmed due to being understaffed. They were doing their best to be polite, but I found myself waiting for a long time in the cold, even after calling for assistance. While the food was good and appeared to be well-prepared, I unfortunately experienced mild food poisoning from my meal. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others. Service: Dine in.

Had an absolute blast at tgis! Thank you to all the staff working that night, I can’t remember their names but I’ll be back soon enough to learn them anyway. They’re my TGIFavourite restaurant!! Place was practically empty on a Saturday afternoon so went in with my 2 daughters. Seated the 2 people before me and 2 people behind me but I was told that I needed to wait for tables to be cleared yet the place had about 20 customers in there max! Waited 10 minutes then I walked out. Waiter then come out calling me saying there was a table now ready in this empty restaurant. Absolute joke of a place. That with the silly prices like.
