"Wow 5 star. A prime example of a village pub. Everyone and I mean everyone welcomed two strangers into their community pub and bent over backwards to help us and make us feel welcome. I'm on a carnivore diet and Yvonne the chef accommodated this and made me a meal to die for. I can't thank you all enough for such a warm welcome and for even offering to pick us up in the absence of taxis (thx Andy). This is how pubs should be my wife and I felt like we lived in the village and it was OUR local. We will definitely be going back again. Credit to the owners, staff and your locals.
