"We stumbled across the copperspoon by chance. We had been at the near by Marazion beach when we took a stroll into the beautiful town. The window displays of freshly made scones, cakes and cookies caught our attention. As it was a blustery day we felt a hot chocolate was what was needed. We were not disappointed. Firstly we were greeted and chatted about our visit to the beach. While our hot chocolates were being being prepared, the staff advised us of a good spot to sit and drink with stunning views over to St Michael's Mount. We took the advice and took our drinks to the Green Landing near by and yes the scenery was breath-taking. The drink was very chocolatey and covered in cream, marshmallows and a flake. Yummy This warmed us up nicely for another walk along the beach back to our car."

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, and they serve delicious coffee and delightful cakes. I highly recommend grabbing a cake to go and taking a stroll down to the charming small harbor and seaside to enjoy them.

On our visit we were greeted by two lovely ladies that were so chatty and kind! We had a Lovely chat and they recommended us some places to visit! We had a toasted hot chocolate which was AMAZING! The two cakes we brought home were so tasty! Would love to visit again and highly recommend!

Delicious coffee some espresso derivatives are made far too hot and it spoils the taste coffee here was just right. We also had a cinnamon roll and a blueberry bake well slice perfect. To cap it all the very friendly lady suggested a nice quiet place we could go to enjoy our snacks. Recommended. View menu

Several locals recommended this coffee stop as their favorite as we were walking through Marazion. They only offer takeaway service, but we were able to enjoy our beverages and almond croissants in the communal gardens next to the Godolphin Hotel with a beautiful view of St Michaels Mount. The coffee and hot chocolate were excellent.

I visited this restaurant on a Wednesday, assuming it would be open as the website had indicated it was closed on Monday and Tuesday. However, upon arrival, I saw a sign in the window stating that it was closed on Wednesdays as well. It seems that they are only offering takeout food now, which is disappointing because we have enjoyed good lunches there in the past. View menu

Wonderful, friendly staff who always greet you with a smile and a very warm welcome. The coffee and food are exceptional! Be sure to try the baked gods which are outstanding! Very dog friendly also which is always a nice factor. Even if you 're not staying in Marazion, this place is well worth a visit and you can order some yummy meals for take-out too to save on cooking!

They no longer seem to be operating as a cafe, but we were happy to take some things away in expectation that the food would be as good as the reviews here suggested. We decided on a 'cream tea ', i.e. scones with jam and cream plus some sourdough bread. Well, the scones were dry and not a patch on my wife 's (yesterday 's scones), and the jam and cream were in little plastic pots and nothing special. The bread was OK but not as nice as we 'd bought in Sainsbury’s two days earlier. Don 't waste your money here.

"So let us share our experience, We went in tonight as a family after seeing that it home made food on the drive to sennen and looked online and had a good look at the food available on the menu also looking to see if it was dog friendly and it ticked all the boxes, Upon arrival me and my wife went in 1st to ask if we could have a table for food and if dogs can go inside and staff were a little unsure but they confirmed we could upon asking for a table for 7 but one in a pram he said we don’t have the availability to cater I was looking at a table big enough and eventually said that this table was available whilst being seated we had 2 table one clean and the 2nd just been finished with so needed a clean but he came and cleaned both tables and he squirted the cleaner on a clean table and the over spray bounced off the table and went over our selfs then we were handed a menu freshly printed A4 paper thrown on the table (WET TABLE) so they stuck to the table upon agreeing what we wanted we went to the bar within 2-3 mins of being seated we knew what we wanted and when we asked for the meal it was OUT OF STOCK (Sunday lunch) ok fair so as I was with a family member at the bar I quickly rushed back to the table to ask my daughter of an alternative she wasn’t happy, So I made a meal up of all the extras on the menu so I went back to the bar to find my family member ordered 2 fish and chips then I realised my wife also wanted Sunday lunch so I quickly rushed back to ask her what she wanted and went back to the bar just as my family member left and asked for fish and chips was also sold out also! 99% of the menu was SOLD OUT this should of been discussed upon arrival not as we were ordering I run and operate my own business and this isn’t how I would treat my customers this isn’t how an establishment should be ran! Even when I was standing trying to order a member of staff was standing there arm against the wall doing nothing while customers are standing waiting to be served! So we decided not to eat and my family member went back to the bar to ask for a refund as we couldn’t eat as a family and the staff were iffy about offering a refund but 10 minutes later they did refund my family member as it became a scene for other people as they could see what had happened! This establishment should be call the 1st and late time you come here! We ended up walking to the chip shop down the road for food we are very disappointed in this company and establishment! For anyone who wants to eat please make sure they HAVE STOCK how can this establishment run without stock? Never again tonight they lost over £200 revenue due to this situation!"
