"never been in before, looks a nice place, went in with my disabled wife, and will never go ever again as we left. Waited at the bar, staff was aware I was waiting, then severed 2 people that had just walked up to the bar, the side of the bar stepping over the rope barrier that had been put in place, and that was the staff member who knew I was waiting. Your loss never again, obviously you didn't need my trade at all, so you will not get it in the future."

I waited a long time to get served at the bar, as the bartenders didn't prioritize who was next in line. I waited over 25 minutes and almost decided to leave. The atmosphere was decent, and even though the service was slow, the bar staff and doormen were very friendly. Price per person: £30–40. Food: 1/5. Service: 1/5. Atmosphere: 3/5.

However, just as we were getting comfortable, the manager abruptly grabbed our unfinished drinks and samples away. The live band started performing, and they were fantastic; we were planning to stay for the next set. But the rude behavior of the manager, who once again snatched our glasses from the table, prompted us to leave. This is the first negative review I've ever written, but the manager's rudeness truly warranted it.
