"I have dined at this restaurant for Sunday lunch twice in the past 2 months. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both meals. The nut roast was dry, and the lamb Sunday lunch had a significant amount of fat. The vegetables were undercooked and lacking in variety, with no parsnips in sight. The gluten-free gravy was passable but not flavorful. Overall, my dining companions and I left feeling unsatisfied with the food. I would give the restaurant 2 stars for the environment, but zero stars for the quality of the food."

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, with excellent value for the price and wonderful service. I have become a regular and highly recommend this place to everyone. They also offer a wide variety of options for vegans.

The pub is lovely with a diverse menu offering a wide selection of food. I chose the Roast Turkey with all the fixings, but there were so many other options to choose from that I will definitely be returning. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Popped in here for a couple of drinks before making our way over to Brixton Jamm. First ones in for the day at lunchtime. Drinks and Food orders taken quickly, great suggestion by the bar manager for the Bierkeller lager which went down a treat and then coupled with a really nice american hot dog! Whilst I understand things are difficult re-opening post lockdown, our server made the situation quite uncomfortable by being a touch standoff-ish. This may have been him and us just settling into the new normal which let to the odd feeling, but it just all seemed a bit off . Despite this, the food was, as ever, delicious and I cannot wait for the menu to be further extended.

The venue is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the service is good, but the Sunday lunch was disappointing. Two Sundays in a row we had a bad experience with chewy slices of beef, fatty and inedible lamb, flabby roast potatoes, undercooked parsnips, and dried-out Yorkshire pudding. The only saving grace was the decent carrots and gravy. Unfortunately, since the main reason we were there was for the Sunday lunch, we won't be returning.
