"We had a Christmas lunch for 15 people with pre orders of 2 or 3 courses each. Some of the meals could have done with being a bit hotter but mine was absolutely fantastic and all the meals were really nicely presented. The portion sizes were very generous for all three courses. Had a wonderful meal with great friends! The only issue was that the bottom of the dish was a bit cold, but they warmed it up for us, so it all worked out perfectly!

Located on a busy main road, there is parking at the rear take care when turning from the main road as cars travel fast! Menu not too bad but for a non meat eater, choices were a bit limited menu available on line. Service was good and the food well cooked

Visited 21st Nov in the evening. Never been for food before but it was so good. Great choice and they do a Sunday carvery which will certainly be trying. Service was great and although it was busy we felt very well looked after. Had steak and ale pie and couldn’t fault it. Give this place a try. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5

I've visited this pub twice recently, and the menu truly elevates the experience! Everything I've seen suggests that the chef puts in a lot of effort; every dish I've tasted has been delicious! The selection of drinks is fantastic, and the overall experience, including the staff, has been wonderful. I'm definitely planning to return, as there are even more meals I'd love to try.
