"We stopped for a coffee whilst on the cycling trip. We didn't eat so can't rate the food but from what I have seen around the portions and the presentation was gorgeous. Service and the atmosphere was delightful and calm in fact there were 10 dogs accompanying their owners for lunch. Very Dog friendly place.... spacious and well equipped for promoting enough space to eat in peace....not to be disturbed by dog presence."

Fantastic farmhouse cafe in nice old grounds. Changing area for babies is superb, so highly recommended for baby lunches out!

The restaurant was packed would recommend booking in advance as extremely popular. Dog friendly with loads of goodies for your favourite pooch the service is good and the food also excellent restaurant is very noisy when packed.

Horrible service, I have no idea why the male”boss” treat us like so rude. Not welcoming, apparently my race I have no idea why, Been there twice both experience are bad, food is small and tasteless. coffee is ordinary and flat, served cool, not hot. Would never go back.

A breakfast meeting and first visit happy to find this local hidden gem. Had a delicious eggs Benedict and great coffee. On second visit we had soup and local fare. Bright, clean and airy. Lovely to see the sheep grazing nearby. A great spot to get away from it all. Dog friendly.

Came here with a friend who had never been to the restaurant before. We sat outside as restaurant very crowded turned and it out to be a lovely afternoon. Had coffee and sponge cake as limited for time. Very friendly staff. Perhaps a bit of a wait but understandable. Nice atmosphere, very dog friendly. Would definitely recommend.
