According to their opening times shown here they are open from 8AM on Sundays. We'll, guess what, after half an hour walk across Scarborough we arrived at 9:10 today and it was dead close, no life signs anywhere. Thank you.

We ordered a Mother's Day breakfast box for 9 o'clock, tried ringing for over an hour and couldn't get through to anybody. Finally got through to somebody at Picnic to be told they would get back to us, half an hour later still hadn't heard from anybody. To be rung and told it was on its way, no explanation. Turned up the hot drinks were freezing and the breakfast looked nothing like advertised.

This restaurant is a delightful spot for enjoying brunch. The staff is friendly and the food is superb. The menu has a variety of options to cater to all tastes, from breakfast bagels to halloumi salads. I highly recommend trying their bottomless brunch with prosecco if you're feeling up to it. They also offer cocktails, coffee, and soft drinks. Be sure to check their website for their opening hours. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this dining experience.

Eating at this restaurant is a great experience with delicious food and drinks. However, despite what is advertised online, they do not offer delivery services. On three separate occasions, I have selected items for delivery, placed my order online, and waited for confirmation, only to be left waiting for 5 minutes without any response. This has been a frustrating waste of time. When I contacted the restaurant directly, they explained that the food for delivery orders is prepared off-site and they are unable to update the delivery websites to reflect this. View menu

I ordered an afternoon tea for Mother's Day and received confirmation emails, but unfortunately, the food never arrived. I was extremely upset and disappointed. There was no personal phone call to inform me of any issues with delivery, and when I tried to contact the business, there was no answer. I even drove to the business to try to resolve the issue, but they were closed due to lockdown restrictions. I was left without food for a special occasion, and it ruined the day. I usually do not leave negative feedback as I also work in the hospitality industry, but this experience was too much to overlook. Thank you for providing false information to your customers.

My husband ordered a special Mother's Day breakfast for us as a treat. Unfortunately, it arrived 45 minutes late and everything, including the drinks, was cold. None of the items were homemade, and it seemed like everything was store-bought. We had to chase them up through their other location, "Picnic," because the garden shed where we ordered from was closed and no one was answering the phone. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered two Mother's Day afternoon teas, one for delivery on Friday and one for Sunday. The Friday delivery was on time and the food was fresh, with a good quantity of items. However, the Sunday delivery was late and the quality and quantity of the food was significantly lower. The sandwiches were dry, there was only one small chocolate muffin for two people, and the scones were small and dry. Additionally, the cream for the scones was watery and had to be thrown away.
