I ordered the roasted beef, which was incredibly tender and tasted like a home-cooked meal. My partner and our young child had the pork, which was also delicate and flavorful. The portions were generous, with a side of hot, steaming vegetables that our child happily devoured. We also indulged in some delicious desserts. The pub at The George Inn is amazing. We tried to drop in on a Sunday, hoping to snag a table, but they were fully booked. The staff was super helpful and polite, though. We ended up booking a table a few days later and we were really happy that we did. The food was excellent and they had a great selection of wine and beer. The wood-fired pizzas were especially delicious and very reasonably priced. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be stopping by The George Inn.
