Stopped on the way home from a family holiday in Exmouth for a bit of lunch. It was an excellent surprise. The food and the service was superb! Definitely will stop there again.

Have attended here many times whilst in this neck of the woods and we're never disappointed! Food is always first class, staff are so friendly and attentive and furthermore it's had a lovely refurb which, looks amazing! We'll be back!!

I ordered the fish sandwich and it was amazing. The batter was light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The fish was flaky and it tasted very fresh, likely due to the high quality of frozen ingredients used. This restaurant was a spontaneous stop during a long journey home, but it turned out to be a hidden gem. I highly recommend dining here. View menu

We were travelling home from relatives in Cornwall and stopped off at the George Inn for food. We were greeted by a friendly barman . There was a good variety to choose from menu and daily specials . We enjoyed the Cajun chicken burger sat in the cosy bar at front . Toilets were also very clean ! Well worth stopping off if passing . We will definitely return when we visit relatives again .

The pub at The George Inn is amazing. We tried to drop in on a Sunday, hoping to snag a table, but they were fully booked. The staff was super helpful and polite, though. We ended up booking a table a few days later and we were really happy that we did. The food was excellent and they had a great selection of wine and beer. The wood-fired pizzas were especially delicious and very reasonably priced. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be stopping by The George Inn.

For Father's Day dinner, the staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly. The establishment was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, with a delightful scent of food in the air. I ordered the roasted beef, which was incredibly tender and tasted like a home-cooked meal. My partner and our young child had the pork, which was also delicate and flavorful. The portions were generous, with a side of hot, steaming vegetables that our child happily devoured. We also indulged in some delicious desserts. We will definitely be returning, thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff. View menu
