At £16 I expected something special. Don't get me wrong, it was a perfectly reasonable vegan burger, but not worth £16 vegan burgers with quite common chips. Ah...

Booked to go her last week, seems that it has recently be done out, clean and tidy. Service was fine although could have been a bit more professional. Food was again OK average price for these times, would not rush back.

absolutely fabulous hotel employees are amazing soecial thanks to jackie and jemma nothing is too much annoying. really professional. the decoration is interior design. the food we have homemade and very substantially .. the athomosphere is friendly..laidback cooled. so we visited our third. we're coming back.

Well located hotel. Clean room, good friendly service in the bar and the quality of the breakfast food was good though would have been better if ‘real’ coffee was included or at a fairer price in the breakfast package, not instant, a small...issue but I was surprised we were charged over 30% more over £7) for a cappuccino and americano on top of the package.

Sorry, appreciate covid etc, but management is in chaos and service was poor. Mistakes being made on food and restaurant seating, all in front of us, several people complaining. We were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait for food but actually waited 53...minutes. Different staff had a different opinion of how to order food and drinks, very confusing. Some younger staff were clearly working incredibly hard but some older ones were displaying the art of looking busy but doing nothing other than blaming others! Real chaos. Shame as it’s a great location

We called in today without a reservation for Sunday lunch. The reception areas have had a complete makeover since our previous visit and were bright clean and very welcoming. We were met with a cheerful smile and directed to a table in the lounge area....The were several choices of Sunday lunch and we chose two courses which were brought to us after a short wait. The plates were hot, our meals were delicious and the vegetables were plentiful. Both our puddings were lovely, we left very full and very pleased with our choice to try the hotel. We will definitely be going back and will be recommending to our friends when they visit. There was an amazing choice of gins as well.

Our experience was 1 out of 5. The “restaurant “ was very loud for starting and we ask the waitress to close the partisan door and that worked. We booked for four people and we turned up on time and they were confused but because...we showed our reservation they expected us. Took them long time to even bring the 4 bottles of water what we asked for. Then we ordered our starters and mains and the most expensive vine. They brought the vine after like 15-20 minutes and just put it on our table not offering to get us to teasing it. So we did it our selfs and it was very sour so we asked the waiter to swap it for a Spanish cheaper vine. Main courses were fair much over cooked and bad taste and wh...
