I stopped by this pub for a bite to eat, and I was not disappointed. The food was really delicious, and the setting by the beautiful canal was a bonus. I had the mussels, which were absolutely delightful. There’s a great selection of beers and ales, and they also offer options for vegetarians.

I took my daughter out for lunch here on Thursday, and we have visited several times before, always enjoying our experience. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful. We enjoyed a great meal in a lovely atmosphere and surroundings, all at reasonable prices. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the Keynsham or Bristol area. It’s also child- and dog-friendly. We were seated in the conservatory which was cold, but blankets were provided. Main courses were ok. After that we waited ages to be offered a dessert menu, ended up asking for it, waited ages again for it to be delivered, then gave up waiting for anyone to be interested in whether we wanted one or not, so left without having dessert. This is an excellent restaurant with delightful food and great ale. The staff is fantastic, and it's a wonderful value for money. The location is convenient with ample parking available. Just be cautious when parking near the river, especially at night. The staff is very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal, without being overly pushy to upsell. They ensured we were aware of all our options. The average price per person is around £30–40.

I absolutely love this place! The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the Italian guy who is just the best. The food is outstanding; we usually go for their roast on Sundays, and my last visit was just a week ago. I even treated myself to dessert! Honestly, it’s one of the best roasts I’ve ever had—everything is delicious, and they serve Estrella Damm, which reminds me of home. Each time I've brought friends along, the staff has always made us feel welcome. So don’t worry about fake reviews; they genuinely accept feedback and appreciate their customers. View menu
