Didn’t know this restaurant existed will soon return. Amazing friendly staff and food the best quality we’ve had for years. Would definitely recommend.

My partner and I chose to dine at the Old Mill tonight to mark our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The food and service were exceptional. It was a truly remarkable dining experience. Thank you.

Went in October with friends and it was nice enough, but I wasn’t wowed to be honest. I expected a lot more. Service was friendly and welcoming, food is served nicely, but food prices are a bit steep.

Delicious birthday meal with friends. Could not fault food service in this lovely restaurant. Two of us had the lamb fillet two had fillet steak we all loved it. Large portions and beautifully presented. Highly recommended for a special occasion. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently had Sunday lunch at the Old Mill Botley and just had to write a review. It was one of the best Sunday roasts I've ever had. There were great choices of meats and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The venue was lovely and the staff were excellent. Overall, it was a great meal. Thank you.

One of the best Sunday roasts i have had , i had roast lamb and my friend had the chicken , large portions and it was all cooked just right , and i can't thank the staff enough , all very helpful and friendly , the restaurant itself unusual setting being an old mill but very clean a great experience , will definitely be returning, thank you to everyone there .

We brought our nephew for a ‘nice’ restaurant experience and he loved it! We wanted him to feel comfortable whilst enjoying new things, like the Amuse Bouche and Palate cleanser. Starters of pate, stuffed mushrooms were delicious. Mains of fillet steak and tuna were perfect. Then desserts of chocolate mousse and cheesecake lovely too. We all enjoyed a lovely evening, as ever hospitality and service were spot on. He can’t wait to return! Haven’t ever had a bad dish here. Love it!

I visited this restaurant while on a business trip and decided to go based on Trustpilot reviews. It exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was great, the staff attentive, and the service was fast. However, the highlight was definitely the food. It was one of the best meals I've had in a while. I started with a delicious mackerel amuse bouche, followed by duck orange paté, and ended with an incredible pork belly that was so tender. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone.

In these current times it is standard practice for eating establishments to reduce the size and/or quality of their dishes ………… whilst increasing prices. But not at The Old Mill, the quality of their food remains high, is attractively presented and ………… still at reasonable prices. We opted for the duck and the Parmesan cod, both were delicious with plenty of tasty vegetables and were complete dishes, with no need for further sides. And that was before the scrumptious chocolate mousse and the raspberry/vanilla cheesecake! Thank you for “bucking” the trend!
