"First time customers with friendly staff who were very efficient. Food was delicious just a shame my first choice wasn’t available (chicken and chorizo risotto) but the gammon I had was very tasty and not in the least bit salty. If banofee pie is on a menu I will always make room for pudding and it was really good, one thing I would have liked is a fork with the spoon to help cut the biscuit base as it was solid not at all crumbly. Will definitely book a return visit soon,"

five of us had a nice experience and we will be back. small matters, one of the chairs had a broken back, we exchanged him and told a coworker, one of our coffee seemed to have, said coworkers. she apologised and changed it. but overall we had a nice experience in all other views, see them again

Lamb Sunday dinner was absolutely amazing, couldn’t fault the lunch. We did ask the waitress 2 questions that she answered both with ‘I don’t really know’ but no effort was made to find out the answer. However this didn’t spoil our experience, the delicious food made up for that. Only complaint is that the banoffee cheesecake isn’t available on the Sunday menu which some Of us were gutted about.

We all had a Sunday roast which was very good. The service was rather slow, for example, it was a long wait between getting the dessert menu (which only had a choice of 2, so could have been a verbal question) and ordering our desserts. We had to go and find someone to take the order. There was no coffee available either, which was disappointing. We would all return to try again though, as this could have been a blip and the food was lovely.
