"Disappointing experience, a place we wanted to try due to the reviews being so positive. We chose the bottomless brunch and sat in the courtyard. The food was ok but my muffin was rock hard underneath the egg. The head waiter wasn’t particularly helpful and and the younger waiter I found to be a little rude. We were told to wave when ever we wanted a drink but were left outside and forgotten about. There was nobody outside as both waiters stood around and didn’t think to check. The only reason we managed to get any drinks was because the fridge and freezers etc were outside so had to ask repeatedly to have the heater on and for drinks. So not a place either of us would go to or recommend."

We found the scullery just after the first lock down, They had put an amazing system in to help stay open during restrictions, I felt safe and above all we have had many amazing meals here, roll on when we can go back!

We’ve dined here several times over the years. It’s a lovely, independent restaurant with a great menu and is consistently excellent. We’re very lucky to have such a hidden gem within walking distance of our home. Try it, you won’t be disappointed. A huge thank you to everyone at The Scullery for an amazing day for a big celebration. For 25 of us, the service was fantastic and everyone raved about the food. The kids (5,4,1) were catered for perfectly and they got looked after as much as the adults! The team went above and beyond from the initial booking, and we really are grateful for how smooth the day went! Thank you we can’t wait to come back!

this place is a hidden gem. but before the increasing number of first guests in tonight it will not be hidden for much longer. so great tasting. beautiful selection of drinks and a cozy and comfortable restaurant. the staff is really friendly and if they are happy to meet on a sunny day, they can even sit in the sun trapped garden. that is our locality and feels very happy to go there and back. keep them good work steve and personal
