Wasn't too busy as out of season and we got a brilliant deal. Lots of entertainment and staff were great. The gangster granny ride had my kids shocked at the end it was brilliant. Their sea life was brilliant too, kids loved it and was free. Bring masks

Avoid booking here. First of all there is no comprehension about the meaning of service. Food was burned and the manager Rachel was completley clueless how to deal with a service complaint. What an amazing park! The rides are incredible, and everything else, including the gardens, lakes, and dining options, is fantastic. While there might be a bit of a wait for some attractions, the anticipation just adds to the excitement. The staff are friendly and helpful, which enhances the overall experience. I truly hope to return!

If you're uncertain about whether you'll have a fantastic time at this resort, let me put your worries to rest—Alton Towers is incredible for both adults and children. Its unique location, nestled within a stunning castle and beautiful gardens, makes Alton Towers one of the most unique theme park experiences in Europe, if not the world. I highly recommend it!

I enjoyed myself, but wish that the rides lasted longer because when they wait, a good 20 minutes and the rides last less than 2 minutes, it doesn't feel good. Beautiful landscape but, and I have enjoyed the rides regardless of the duration. my shoulders were a little sour for a day or two after that when I was tightly dressed, but I would be more sure than sad. the staff was very polite and enthusiastic. Regrettably, I didn't read the reviews before making a reservation. Given that the main dishes are priced around £20, I expected the food to be of good quality. However, the cheesy garlic bread, which resembled a supermarket pizza base topped with cheese for £9, left me quite disappointed. The main courses were decent, but not worth the price. While this restaurant may suit families, it wasn’t an ideal choice for a couple. Service was dine-in.

the first time you go here. will not be the last time. every minute has enjoyed it very much. the rides are fantastic and compare them with universal or disney, they come equally exciting! oblivion was kiefer fall, thirteen was unexpectedly amazing, weiden man a wood coaster is thrashes them around. It's a shame about the prices; they are quite steep when you think about it. The queues can be unbearable unless you’re willing to pay a premium for quicker access, which is frustrating. If you only bring your children and don’t visit often, it’s even worse. However, there are some positives. The castle is a stunning sight, and it's a bit scandalous that it hasn’t been restored yet. If it ever is, it would be absolutely magnificent. The gardens are an incredible oasis amid the chaos surrounding them. They feature charming paths that feel quiet and almost secretive.
