"Before starting my shift at Samaritans, I stopped by to grab a drink for myself and my partner. Despite being on the brink of coming out of lockdown in a few weeks, the staff were extremely difficult about accepting my £10 note, which I had just withdrawn from a cashpoint and isolated in accordance with Covid regulations. Not everyone has access to a card, as was the case for me due to my account being hacked. I will not be returning to this establishment."

Don't try to drive here. Impossibly narrow dead end street, but the food is good and the decor is nice.

I enjoy dining out in Lancaster, and Sun Cafe is my favorite spot for excellent service and delicious food. Whether it's for lunch, dinner, or a special event, I always enjoy bringing my friends here. I believe the food is underrated and rivals that of restaurants in larger cities at higher prices. I highly recommend Sun Cafe.

Popped in today (26th) for coffee and cake. Coffee usual high standard. If I visit Lancaster this tends to be the cafe I head to. Cafe is part of Atkinsons coffee so the quality of coffee is consistently good It's hidden away in the city centre and is a nice little place to just sit and relax It can get busy as it was today with only one member of staff there who managed to calmly and professionally hold the fort
