"We’ve been here quite a few times noticed it has dramatically gone downhill food quality wise. We also attended here for our Christmas dinner as we have done in the past, this time the food was almost inedible from flavours down to how it...was cooked. I don’t think a single family member finished their plate on Christmas Day, which is a shame considering it is almost £50 per head. We have noticed the food quality isn’t the same as it used to be which is a great shame as this used to be a lovely place to eat as the staff are so lovely the atmosphere is always welcoming which it still is just poor quality food."

Came in 29th December as a group of 3-we all decided on the chef’s special chicken dish-we all thoroughly enjoyed it and would order it again when we next visit

the personal could not be more helpful from beginning to end. we asked for a private table because of nabby that chemo went through, and they ensured that no other tables were close to us. eating was hot and delicious, so thank you

Since I found out about Two Watermills in Newbury I had my third visit there yesterday for lunch. I have to thank the Manager and staff for always making us welcome. They are so friendly and kind. It’s just lovely. The menu is extensive and...we enjoyed our lunch.

Normally our meal and service are 5 stars, but I fear this visit was not 5 stars, 2 of the 4 meal times were perfect and were enjoyed,but the bun of my vaters jäger was dry and hard, in the understood this restaurant promotes rotisserie huh...solte sukkulent, we have mentioned this on the server that said he would listen to his manager, we are talking.

visited 2 evenings, good atmosphere and friendly staff. we had appetizers incl. olives, wooden flatbread, calamari, halloumi fries all very well. the halloumi and veg skewers a little disappointing, as not much on the plate, but what was...was delicious. both Lasagne courts were good. fish and chips very good and steak and chips good. overall would recommend.
