I had a fantastic lunch with great service and delicious food. The service and food were excellent once again. This restaurant offers a dine-in option for lunch, with prices averaging around £30-40 per person. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5-star rating.

When for Sunday lunch. Paid for a 2 dine for £25 each . Food was nice but the portions where a disappointment considering it was for two people. Can’t thank the manager and staff at Cote Newbury enough for making our evening special. Their warm and friendly welcome continued throughout the evening, they were attentive and helpful and all went the extra mile to make the birthday celebration special. This really made you stand out from many other restaurants and will keep us coming back! Thank you all! Dietary restrictions: Staff took dietary requirements seriously when ordering and flagged the meals so as not to make any mistakes. Allergens were clearly marked on the menu and explained well.

I was taken to a table promptly with a choice of where to sit. The one star is to the lady who served me as she was amazing. As an individual, she was perfect. Respectful, kind, and competent. However, the food was delivered lukewarm which ruined the experience. I was sitting close to the kitchen and heard the cooks call for service twice then giving up. Three and a half minutes later, someone went into the kitchen then came with my steak. I thought steak would stay hot to warm for a few minutes but they must not use a hot plate. We came here on a Sunday afternoon for a Birthday dinner and was very disappointed. We have come here multiple times over the years and the service and food were always great. This time however was completely different. As soon as we arrived for our reservation we were met (eventually) by someone who I assume was the Manager, he went off to prepare our table and then did something else. We were left waiting in the entrance for nearly 10 minutes before someone else took us over. We were sat at the back of the place by ourselves and felt totally ignored the whole time.
