"Lovely land Lord and lady. Did everything to make our stay so good. Lovely atmosphere on the pub created through the friendliness of Steve and Karen. Food was really hot always hot. Delicious breakfast nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were friendly and helpful, even the regulars were friendly and made you feel at home. Will certainly recommend. Walkability: Easy access to the town Food drinks: Good ample food cooked very well. Good choice. Breakfast and service were excellent."

We had a wonderful experience at this charming pub during our weekend stay in Ludlow. The outdoor seating area at the front is quite nice, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. I had a wonderful evening at the Wheatsheaf! The steak and ale pie was incredibly tender and flavorful, complemented by a beautifully baked crust. The sweetness was just right, not overwhelming at all. The atmosphere was lovely, filled with locals that added to its charm. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ken, the owner, who was very welcoming and genuinely interested in his guests. I would highly recommend the herb and mint soup as well! It was a beautiful evening overall. Thank you!
