"I came to this restaurant for my boyfriend's birthday, but unfortunately, we were both disappointed. The concept and decor were impressive, but the execution fell short. The service was slow from the moment we were seated, leaving us waiting long periods without drinks or guidance on what to do next. When we were finally given tasks to complete, we had to wait for ages for the headphones needed to do so, as there were only a couple of sets for all customers to share. Additionally, the "mission" cards were dirty and smudged from previous use. On top of that, when we were on our last cocktail (you are allowed 3 each), mine arrived only 15 minutes before we were told to leave the table, while my boyfriend's did not come at all. Despite prompting the staff 3 times, it was only when a particular staff member (wearing a flat cap) stepped in to help that we were able to get the drink, but by then, we were already asked to vacate the table and had to finish it at the bar upstairs. It might be more efficient in the future to assign specific staff members to a few tables each rather than having them spread thin trying to attend to all customers."

This place is a fantastic, enjoyable experience. So unique. You get the feeling of 1940s war era with the adrenaline of an Escape Room but without faffing about. Stylish and fun. Adorable staff!

This is an excellent bar to visit? Great value for money, you arrive and get a welcome drink, then you do three tasks to decrypt the code to choose your two drinks to your own taste. Very fun, and staff could not have be more excellent.

Really, really blown away by the experience at the Bletchley. Staff are great and really into the role and we had a lot of fun solving the clues and concocting unique cocktails based on our answers to cryptic questions. Would definitely go again.

Amazing afternoon…the drinks are a lovely addition to the atmosphere. The staff are brilliant at being part of the bunker and are very helpful when becoming stuck on one of the puzzles….full marks to all the staff If you have been to Bletchley park in Milton Keynes, it will really help you understand the enigma machine ! Had a great experience here with our host “the sergeant”. Drinks were balanced and tasty, and the tasks were neither too easy nor too hard. The story plot could have been tighter, and the bar was slightly short-staffed during our particular Sunday night visit, but this didn’t detract much from our overall great experience. Decorations and music are on point, really adding to the feel of the place!

Had such a lovely experience there! Not only is the place aesthetically pleasing but the service is top notch! Went there for the 2 hour experience and it did not disappoint. Visited last minute with a group of six and we were able to get seated on a Wednesday. The drinks were crafted so beautifully and deliciously. “Sugartits” made our experience so delightful — a true host! Will go back and will recommend to everyone I know! Also, they offer mocktails for those who make not want to drink alcohol! Extra treat!

We had a great time at the WW2 themed cocktail experience! For £36 per person, we received mulled wine and two cocktails of our choice. The venue was decorated in theme, and the staff were in character, which added to the atmosphere. We had the option to choose from three different challenge levels - easy, medium, and challenging. We went with the medium level, which was just the right amount of difficulty. Beforehand, we had brunch at the upstairs restaurant, Jolie, where the food was delicious and they offered a variety of espresso martinis to try. View menu

My boyfriend and I booked to go to chelsea funhouse for drinks, to start off with we were a little disappointed as the top floor was too busy and we didn’t have a table when we had booked one and then we headed to the central floor and they called last orders. We then took a chance and headed downstairs to The Bletchley and I must say from that point on we had a lovely evening. We had two seats at the bar and were welcomed by the staff. I also wanted to give a shout-out to our bar man Deano who really did make our night. Nothing was too much trouble and he always made sure our drinks were full. We would definitely book and go to The Bletchley again, the decor is amazing and well thought out...

My friends gifted me with a Christmas experience at this restaurant based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, the staff, drinks, and ambiance were disappointing. We were seated and then ignored for 20 minutes until a staff member finally came over, clearly in a bad mood. It took 40 minutes to receive a drink, as the telephone to contact 'HQ' was apparently broken and they had overbooked for the night. The first cocktail we received was not good, and we were not informed that we could exchange it if we did not like it. Eventually, a more enthusiastic staff member took over and switched our drinks, also informing us that the phone was actually working. The cocktails were subpar and the ser...
