"We went for breakfast on Sunday 1st October, arrived there approx 10.00am. When we got there the only food available was bacon (which I do not eat) and eggs which had been there for quite sometime as they were 'hard ' , there was no bread to make toast. There was no vegetarian option openly available. I did ask and received 2 vegetarian sausages. The chef on duty that day was rude and had attitude when I asked him if there was any bread to make toast, he stormed into the kitchen and stormed back out again with 2 loaves of bread. When we asked if there was any more food, the chef was very rude. Food came out but in dribs and drabs, and majority of it was taken by a couple who came equipped with their 'tupperware ' and took the whole lot and left nothing for the other customers. Basically all I had to eat was 2 eggs, 2 vegetarian sausages and two slices of toast, my husband had the same but normal sausages which we ended up paying £17.99 for."

The service at this restaurant was outstanding, with all the staff being very friendly. The food was delicious, with a great variety of vegetables to choose from.

The restaurant was dirty the food was awful the staff were chatting and just leaving customers no staff member looked happy just fed up the cutlery the table the chairs and the floor were not clean

Very little meat and no Yorkshire pudding …very small amounts of vegetables my partner bought the extra portion for £5 and it was the same size as my regular one …very disappointed and will not go to this one again ..this was a delivery service !!!!

Got left standing at the desk for 20min we had a booked table for 3 people two adults one child but staff just ignored that we were there. Them having conversation between them self's was more important than seating customers. This was so disappointing I loved to go to this toby but since the last owner retired this place has gone down hill no customer service at all.

I have visited this restaurant several times and it is declining in quality. When I asked for lamb, I was informed that it was not available until 4pm, even though it was Sunday lunchtime. The meat was dry and the vegetables were clearly old. Despite the poor quality, we were still charged the higher Sunday prices. The staff were seen standing around chatting, with one lady who had returned to help running around.

The roast we had was great and value for money, plenty of variety and it tasted good but sadly that’s as far as it goes. They really need to improve on customer service, I felt we were almost left to fend for ourselves. The waitress seemed to ignore our table. We had to ask for glasses for our drinks, we had to ask for our desserts while the staff were chatting amongst themselves at the till. I’ll go back to Toby Carvery but probably not this one.

We came in on a Sunday no booking so wasn’t expecting quick service or any tables but thought we take our chances. The door manager was polite an was dealing with a lot of rude guest so made us believe it was a very difficult day for the staff. We was told that the bar area is available for food so we went for it. Now only one member of staff stuck out for us an unfortunately didn’t grab her name she was the only one working the bar an was blonde. She mentioned that it was a busy day an looked abut overwhelmed. She really made sure that we had everything even when dealing with the bar anthe tables. Credit to her an the team

Visited on Sunday 2nd July pre made a reservation on line and made the effort to visit the restaurant on Sunday morning and was assured everything was in hand.On arrival no space in the restaurant but a table available in the bar area which we ok with.We then waited about 20 mins in line to choose our food and then we’re told ALL MEAT UNAVAILABLE and would Take 45 mins for more meat to be ready.Not one type of meat was available This was a true meatless carvery. This was family gathering for a birthday party.A true disappointment.Luckily we could find somewhere else who could accommodate us at such a late.Will not be visiting again.my advice Avoid…

Toby carvery in Worcester Park the worst experience myself and the family have had. We were 8 minutes late for our table booking due to an accident on the A3 we were coming from Vauxhall so a long distance. The staff were so rude on arrival being told that we are so late so we cannot sit in the restaurant we had a 1 year old baby with us and told we can eat at the pub bar. We had come from so far we did but then the bar staff were not helpful at all complaining about a 50% voucher we had off the mains then the drinks were warm and they moaned huffed and puffed when asked for ice. "I was very unhappy with the service I experienced in the week before my reservation at the restaurant. I booked nearly a month in advance for my girlfriends birthday dinner. I knew they served a whole pig as long as it was pre ordered. I wanted to invite an extra person which considering it was about a weeks notice didn't think would be a problem. I tried contacting the place via 4 different channels over 3 days to not hear back. I called 4 times and left a voicemail. I expected a call back would be the professional response but no. It took me leaving a comment on there social media to try and spark their attention, but still nothing. FInally they got back to my message on the booking system chat to give me the news they can't add another person nor pre book the pig! As you can imagine I was not impressed. I expected the least they could do was sort an extra chair. They should be willing to bend over backwards to add one person to our table to show there apologies for the awful time I've had chasing them and news regarding the pig. I cancelled the booking. I was surprised they didn't attempted to apologies to soften the terrible services I went through and time wasted. Thanks for ruining my girlfriends birthday meal out. Shocking customer services!!! Think twice if you decide to go and pre book a month in advance for the pig, if they bother to contact you back that is."
