clean clean, relatiw quiet also among children. unlimited breakfast would have been better with some haloumi, they made veggi sausages to order, so had to wait otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Absolute smashing evening. Are waitress Chloe was fantastic, she couldn’t do enough for us, all the staff were friendly and smiley. The roast potatoes were hot and delicious, the beef cooked to perfection. The chocolate fudge cake and custard was divine.

We were a group of eight celebrating a birthday at this restaurant. The staff were extremely attentive and even brought out our cake while singing happy birthday, which was a nice touch. The food was hot and delicious, and we loved the app that gave us a discount. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

This restaurant offers excellent value for money with many discounts available. We received a warm welcome from two lovely ladies and our server Chloe was very efficient and friendly. The roast beef was tender and delicious, and the sticky toffee pudding was a delightful treat. We are already looking forward to returning next week.

First and last visit to a Toby Carvery. The room lacked atmosphere, service was slow, small portion of meat offered and parts were inedible due to fat and gristle, chef was quite abrupt with no social skills whosoever, vegetables were appealing cold, tasteless, dried up. May seem value for money with various voucher offers but really not good.

We were warmly greeted with a big smile as soon as we entered the restaurant. We were seated promptly by the friendly ladies at the front. Chloe, who took care of us once we were seated, was exceptional - very efficient and courteous. The chef serving us was also very humorous and didn't mind us trying a bit of each meat. The food was excellent. As we were leaving, we received a pleasant goodbye, something that doesn't happen often anymore. Thank you for a lovely afternoon, we felt very welcome.

Well, I have to say that this is a toby, because of the excellent coworkers, the way they interact so well! this was my first visit in this restaurant it was worth the extra mile, as this is not my next toby. a warm welcome, great service, good eating, excellent ambience lighting (sounds strange, but it means a lot) all made for an excellent experience that I would drive this extra mile to get. many congratulations to excellent teamwork for all members, seen unseen. I look forward to many visits in the future would recommend this place to everyone.

I may be old fashioned but I like to be acknowledged when I’m waiting to be served. 4!or 5 bar staff walked past us and completely ignored us. Finally we were seated at a table that was not set up. We waited an age before we finally saw someone to ask if they would take our drinks order. Was told that someone would be with us soon and had to wait a further 10 minutes to order and for the server to then get our drinks wrong. When we questioned this she said ‘yeah i know. I won’t charge you for them’ ! Food was ok. Desert was good and the only good service we got was from the guy carving the meat. Such a shame that customer service is not a priority in this day and age. I won’t be going back!

Went to visit yesterday 25.06.24 Checked online before coming. The website’s the opening time information stating that the branch is open at time of our arrival 21:00 and website side it closes at 23:00 But when we reached. It was closed. We understand that it can change online can be unreliable. We were disappointed that all the staff in the bar left us as customer standing there no information given. Not till my tall husband arrived and asked that’s the only time one staff says place was closed. I really do not mind that the premises is closed. Lack of customer care was the one I feel that was not addressed professionally. This really puts us off coming to any Toby’s. All the Staff saw us...
