Note: Most travel agencies that know the Basque country are systematically planning a meal in the caves. in individual, so, think to book in advance: the place has a lot of success. children have a lot of fun exploring caves and the surrounding forest. If they don't eat lamb, the servers offer something else."

very busy is a euphemism since the requested day (booking 1 week before) 170 covers filled not the restaurant room but the cave serving as a comor with bbq for all. more luck the next day with 110 reservations. I stay on my impression of pleasure on the day of the covid closure there.

A restaurant not like the others (in a cave but as you like... a very nice welcome, an aperitif almost at will and very varied, an entrance to multiple flavors, unique dish succulent mechoui beans 2 services to satisfy the biggest appetites, Basque cheese, Basque dessert, rosé and red wines, coffee and coffee grows at the choice.
