"I had a fantastic meal from the gluten-free menu at this restaurant. I started with the chicken shashlik, had a burger for my main course, and finished with a Lemon roulade for dessert. The waitress made sure to double-check and reassure me regularly that my meal was gluten-free. The service was super friendly and the ambiance was nice. The sister pubs in the local area also have equally great menus. I would definitely recommend this place."

The waitress was friendly and confirmed my gluten-free order. I ordered the black and blue steak which was incredible. The gluten-free onion rings were a pleasant surprise. I experienced no negative side effects.

Sept '21 Lovely river side pub with nice big beer garden running along side the water. Plenty of outdoor seating. Sit watch the boats pass through the lock. Big overflow car park behind the main car park. Currently there is an inflatable bouncey castle for the kids too!

Lovely place, great menu choice. Really good kids menu and lovely inside. Lots of space outside to sit too by the camel. Very picturesque. In the summer they have a bouncy castle up for kids too. Lovely, relaxing place for just a drink or great place for food. Would recommend.

Booked here on the 1st Jan for 2nd Jan, arrived at 2pm first noticeable thing is the service fabulous, seating was great, food was fab, burger, halloumi burger, carvery and posh pigs!!! Also they can alter any meal aswell as kids didn't want chilli jam etc on burgers. However what great service we recieved thank you very much

Blooming wonderful pub/restaurant with fantastic food and drink and Very friendly staff. Even though it was really busy the food arrived in good time and was super hot and tasty. Lots of outdoor seating for the sunny days and a cosy fireplace for those cold evenings. We highly recommend this pub for a family meal out or for drinks with friends.

We had a excellent meal at the waterside inn on Friday lunch 5th of November. We sat in the Beautiful marquee they have there. The pub was spotless the staff were friendly and you didn’t have to wait long to be served and the meal was served promptly as well. All three of us found the meals to be excellent in all respects and the drinks were too. I can’t wait to go again.

Went in to for a quick lunch whilst the sun was out. Sat outdoor taking in the canal view. Just had the starters but certainly enough for us. The food was amazing, quality and taste was excellent and the Lamb Ragu was exceptional. I always find Lamb dishes hard to find and when there is, it's tough as boots but not this. Lapped up every morsel. Definitely recommend highly.

Quite large portions, apart tiny coleslaw (pictured) which came with burger. Don't order pizza there though. Cost around tenner but £0.99 one from Iceland is tastier. This place is dog friendly and there are people with dogs inside and outside. I'm dog lover myself, but seeing dogs sitting by the table together with people inside was a bit bizarre. Overall nice place with goodish food.
