I would have rated the...restaurant with five starts, a star went away because I need to highlight that it can be understood if credit cards are not welcomed (except german EC card), it has to be at least reported in the website or when booking a table. We were a bunch of people and by luck I had enough cash with me, otherwise I would have been put in a very embarassing situation. And, with my regret, I couldn't give any tip."

There was never a sale from the house. Quality still outstanding, although the atmosphere is lacking on site. Definitely a recommendation (supporting your local restaurants)

without reservation it is almost impossible.Extremely long waiting period (45 minutes for the appetizer and 75 minutes for the main dish), but the charm of the female service and the very good eating compensate. a quite pleasant atmosphere.

clear recommendation! thin calf carving in crispy panade, delicious supplements. The map has various tasty delicacies to offer. Whoever is hungry is trying to get rid of the carving : you can also pack the rest. The service is attentive and very friendly I want to come here again and again :

An Austrian Restaurant with the name of the highest German mountain, in Hamburg (far away from the mountains), in one of the Northern outskirts of the city. Enough to become curious. And you wont be disappointed. We came on a very busy evening around Christmas,...hence service took somewhat longer, but compensated by good mood.
