Great food and service shame it was very quiet as a great deal for Bank Holiday.

Sunday Lunch good range of starters, mains and dessert . Reasonably priced. Hadn't been for while would go back.

Breakfast disappointing as required to pay for individual items which didn’t include fruit of any kind, rather than buffet style service which allows ‘mix and match’ to your own tastes.

beautiful afternoon tea for my birthday. the staff was very friendly and went out of the way to help when the children requested different sandwiches and cakes. they arranged without asking us that the Christmas man visited my big daughter and I was very worthy. first class service.

Dined in the bar on a Thursday evening where 2 for 1 pizzas and cocktails were being served. What a fabulous offer this is! The pizzas are fantastic and fresh and the cocktails are 'proper ' cocktails, not a pre-made syrup from a bottle! We went for a quiet wedding anniversary treat and will definitely be returning with the family. Lovely setting, friendly staff and great quality food and drink. What more could you ask for! We had a wonderful afternoon tea the food was lovely the room and decor was beautiful however although the service was ok we were left alone for long periods of time , we had to ask for additional cups and hot water for the teas we were never asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything the only attention we had was making sure the 2 additional coffees were paid for! We had to ask for take home boxes. And for the box for the cake that was gifted to my Mum overall it was below average sorry

We returned to the West Sea to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and it was wonderful to be back at our favorite resort. The staff was friendly, polite, and courteous. I had mentioned in our online booking that it was our anniversary, and it was lovely to see that the team had taken note of it. Our waitress congratulated us on our special day, which was a lovely touch. The food was served in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious. The staff also surprised us with a special anniversary dessert, which was a delightful surprise. Thank you for making our first anniversary so memorable!

I made a reservation for 7:15 PM on Saturday, but when we arrived, the staff, who were very courteous and apologetic, informed us that there was a party of 200 next door, and all of their kitchen staff were tied up with that event. They told us that it would take at least 40 minutes to get our food, regardless of what we ordered. When we inquired if it might take longer, she mentioned that the same situation occurred the night before, and she suspected it would take much longer this time as well.
