Waiting a long time, some of the order didn’t come at all. Not at all organised. Food not great. No atmosphere at all. Found ordering confusing. Won’t be going back View menu

Sadly this was just not up to standard. The service was ok, there was a decent selection on the conveyor belt but dirty soy jars, filthy glassware and food scattered all over the area we were sat in is just not acceptable. It's strange because the food was tasty but once you see poor hygiene it put me off completely. Why is this being allowed Yo sushi?

The business model of Yo sushi was the sushi on the conveyor belt. You pick from a variety of plates and pay afterwards. In the past great experience but this Thursday was awfull! Almost no plates and choice on converyor belt, ordering was complicated and orders didn’t arrive on the handhelds. Personal apologized but the problems were definitely structural. I hope it will be better soon. Very disappointed

The cooks were continually shouting to the point we could barely hear ourselves talk, and by the time my friends food came I'd nearly finished mine. What's more, rather there being an ambiguity to why this was the case like in most restaurants, here you could blatantly see the cooks laughing and joking as opposed to getting on with the cooking. Thankfully, the food was really good when it came, but the service was third rate with staff that had no manners. View menu

I recently tried the faux duck fries at this restaurant and they were delicious! I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years and can easily tell the difference between real meat and fake meat. Unfortunately, when I took a bite of the duck fries, I instantly knew it was real meat. My boyfriend also confirmed this when he tried it. I ended up getting a refund both times this happened. I would advise going with someone who eats meat to taste test before trying it yourself.

We waited a long time to be seated despite having a reservation, and the waitstaff ignored us as they walked by multiple times. The seating and table were dirty, and there was very little food on the conveyor belt besides prawn crackers and unappetizing cucumbers. We had to use the app to order and struggled to get any staff member's attention to pay. The atmosphere felt chaotic and disorganized, with poor value for the money and subpar customer service. We have visited this restaurant many times before, but after this experience, we will not be returning.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the food was also excellent once it arrived. However, the reason for writing this review is because the restaurant was in disarray. Upon entering, there was a broken iPad next to the takeaway section, which was not a good first impression. We were seated next to what appeared to be a dirty bar section, but it turned out to be a staff area. Cutlery and bowls were stored there, which seemed unnecessary considering there was a clean area just a meter away. The conveyor belt had very little food on it, and it took 15 minutes for staff to pour tap water onto an iPad before serving other tables. The food was quite salty but tasty once it arrived, a...
