Zizzi - Menu

The food was delicious, but I was disappointed that they didn't accept cash. I won't be coming back again. If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have made a reservation.

Poor disinterested service, cramped table in a dingy nook, awful food, drinks on the list not available, no one interested to enquire either or wish us goodnight. UK franchised food at its worst.

We had dinner at this Zizzi. It has a good atmosphere and we were greeted by a cheerful pleasant receptionist who showed us to our table. Our waitress was fabulous friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. we chose chicken dishes which were delicious and beautifully presented. The price was very reasonable. We will return. View menu

Popped in to have dinner on a Saturday. The manager was quite abrupt with us when I said we didn 't have a booking, he made it clear we only had just over an hour to eat before they needed the table. He took our empty plates 30 minutes later and practically snatched my friend 's from her as she ate her last mouthful. No offer of a dessert or more drinks was made even though we still had 40 minutes before 'our time was up '

The restaurant in Dorchester is always bustling, and reservations are a must during peak hours. It continues to impress us every time we visit. The food we had last night was exceptional! We ordered garlic bread, pizza, pasta, and a seafood pasta dish. For dessert, we all enjoyed some pudding. The new raspberry and gin cheesecake was the highlight of the meal - it's the best dessert I've had in a long time. The dessert menu now offers a wider selection of options. The service was fantastic, and overall, we had a delightful evening!

Came here the other night with some friends. Not the first time I've been here but I thought I'd leave something X it's a really lovely restaurant with a nice vibe and not too expensive for a dinner out. Out server was lovely, I believe her name was Ella, but I'm not 100%. The sharing platter was lovely that we shared and I had the garlic meatball pasta which sadly wasn't my favourite thought it would have had a bit more sauce, and the meatballs fell apart quite a bit) but every other time I've been there the food was lovely! My partner and I had a delightful meal at this restaurant on a Saturday night. The ambiance was charming, the staff were extremely polite, and the table service was quick. We appreciated the option to order and pay with a QR code, but since we had made reservations online and informed the staff about our food allergies, we were seated at our table and provided with allergy information. We ordered Pasta crisps, my partner had the Chicken Milanese, and I had the Vegan Lasagne with a deliciously rich tomato sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed it! We are already anticipating our next visit.

I don’t mind Zizzi restaurants as I am lover of Italian food but haven’t found a restaurant in over 8 years that has been amazing until we came here for dinner! Came on a Saturday evening around 8pm and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. We decided to order a selection of different food to share for our anniversary and it was absolutely spot on! Fonduta Formaggi King Prawn Spiedini with Seafood Sauce Rustica Piccante King Prawn Linguine Brownie Honeycomb Pizzette It was hot, fresh and delicious. Haven’t enjoyed a meal like that in so long. Our waitress was very good and the food took no more than 10minutes to come out.

Booked for dinner with my partner and two friends and we had such a lovely evening. We were served by our waitress Ebony and waiter Dean. They were absolutely fantastic and worked so well together ensuring we did not have to wait for anything. They were very observant and asked if we needed another drink when ours were almost empty. There was not a large wait time on food and we felt that we had enough time between our starters and main to enjoy each other’s company. We had calamari , garlic bread and a fondues for starters.
