"the locality of monticello is a pretty village, above the red-coated island, which offers a spectacular panorama and freshness but it is not the only reason for visiting. offer you something big. We stopped for an aperitif. the place has offered us an excellent wine with a glass (a gray casanova gray rosė) accompanied by a really well-made tapas for 2 people: paste paste frite with goat cheese, slice of fresh cheese with herb onion compote, chicken flan and almond artichokes, fried chicken nuggets. round flavours, undetectable, well-matched frying. a special mention deserves the chicken flan and onion compote that accompanies fresh cheese. the service is fast, careful and precise (the owners and not the workers). the total cost for 2 was 23 euros. the structure also serves as a hotel and restaurant that, on paper, offers interesting dishes to try."

It a bit up in the hillside in a small village 5 km from Ile de Rousse. It has a nice terasse overlooking the seafront. Food is high quality and the owner is polite. We had luncj outside, but mabe also Nice for a dinner when it is darker.

we return from a week's stay in monticello and this restaurant has become our canteen for lunch. very good tasty and hearty dishes, very friendly boss and waiter. we have enjoyed almost all the dishes of the map and no disappointment. We will return to our next stay.

We took the burger and we were not disappointed, butcher steak with homemade fries. For our 5-year-old girl we asked what the ham melon dish was like, we were just told that it was melon cut into square while back there was onion! Too bad she could only eat ham.Quick and pleasant service.

fresh products at the level of dishes (we took gambas, red tuna, and I lamb mouse). The whole thing was copied (I didn't finish my dish because I ate too much bread at the entrance); and the frame is pleasant (we're in a dark mounting flan...).If you're at the belambra lozari, it's right next door.

I went to this hotel restaurant for the second time after 10 years and the positive feeling is always the same. family management, kindness, friendliness and efficiency. At the restaurant, you can taste dishes cooked and presented in an irreproachable way and with high quality raw materials. at pasturella, a name is a guarantee.

We had just arrived at Calvi Airport, picked up the hire car and were heading for St Florent. It was lunchtime and the coastal towns seemed busy so we just turned up into the hills and found Morticello. We parked our car opposite a restaurant which looked as though it might have a nice view and so in we went. What a find! Great views from the terrace. Interesting menu. What was meant to be a quick snack ended up being a fabulous three course lunch! Excellent food, beautifully presented. Friendly service as well. A shame it was a bit too far for us to come back to again during our holiday. But happy memories of a lovely first meal on Corsica...
