Just had a Sunday roast there wasnt keen on the slow cooked meat , gravy tasty but like water and no mash potatoes and not the variety of veg that they advertised Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely amazing dining experience! I started with the seafood platter for appetizers, which was incredibly delicious. For the main course, I had the seafood extract, and it was one of the most stunning dishes I've ever encountered—truly heavenly! The combination of mussels, calamari, shrimp, and more was simply delightful. To top it all off, I enjoyed a trio of desserts: panna cotta, crème brûlée, and tiramisu—each one was exquisite. Finally, I rounded out the meal with a latte. I think I've found my new favorite restaurant!

We dined here on a Saturday night with three other people, and we had a wonderful experience! The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We sampled some of their daily specials, including the mackerel starter and seafood risotto, along with menu items such as steak, chicken curry, and seafood pasta. Everything was delicious and served in generous portions. Additionally, the location is stunning, offering expansive views of the river with both indoor and outdoor seating. The food was impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5; each dish was well-prepared and flavorful. The service was equally commendable, providing attentive and friendly assistance throughout the meal, also rated at 4 out of 5. However, the atmosphere felt a bit lacking, scoring a 3 out of 5; it could use some improvements to create a more inviting ambiance. Overall, it's a great place for a good meal at reasonable prices.

Been waiting to come here for a while! Place hasn 't changed since I visited it many many moons ago before it was alumchine. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Sat for our meal in the 'conservatory ' area and watched the sun set which was lovely. Menu is plentiful and with specials 'board ' brought to your table. Food was delicious. The bruschetta was especially delightful. Nice touch was the finger bowls to clean your fingers when tucking into the seafood platter and wings. My only critique is that the menu on the website and in house differ not only with dishes (slightly) but with price too. I personally look at costs when choosing a restaurant unfortunately my pennies are not never ending...

Last week, we dined with a group of eight, and we were thoroughly impressed. The menu is incredibly diverse, featuring a variety of unique dishes that immediately piqued our interest. It also highlights many local seafood and meat options. Three of us tried the mackerel ravioli, which we had never seen before, and it was both delicious and distinctive. We must also give special mention to the lobster risotto; we expected just a small amount of lobster mixed in, but to our surprise, the dish arrived with a whole lobster on top!
