"Just returned after a fabulous Sunday lunch. We had topside of beef, 2 chunky slices with roast potatoes and parsnip. Also came with a bowl of vegetables, cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, broccoli, swede, new portables, mash and leeks. Also came with extra gravy. Fabulous service friendly and engaging staff. We could not eat all of the veggies so they pack them up for us, plus some more gravy , so lunch tomorrow as well, bonus. Venue had wonderful views over the marina. Such a great experience and popular, so advise booking especially for a Sunday"

We enjoyed our dinner at the Bar. It is on a lovely marina area and the food was excellent as was the service even though it was very busy. We would definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

Seven of us dined at this restaurant for a leisurely birthday lunch in the sunshine. It was excellent in every aspect. The service was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.

Sunday lunch…wow, delicious meat cooked to perfection, tasty gravy with good selection of vegetables. Staff as cool and friendly as ever. This has to be one of the top venues as a restaurant along with a welcoming group of staff. View menu

After seeing the amazing reviews, we decided to stop by for dinner. We were not let down. The food was delicious and the portions were huge! The views from the restaurant were absolutely stunning. We recommend making a reservation as we were fortunate to get a table without one.

Met friends for lunch on Saturday 9th March 2024. Hadn't eaten here before but menu is surprisingly varied and good. I had the sweet potato and beetroot Wellington which is vegan, I am vegetarian, with salad and gorgeous great big real chips. The service was very good even though the Bar was busy. All 6 of us enjoyed our lunch and plan to have a return visit
