It is an amazing place with great and polite staff (something that is rare to see in france). The food is delicious and is for a good price given the service that they provide. Above all, the hygiene of the restaurant is great. Strongly recommended.

This was one of our favorite meals in Paris. Convenient location, great staff, great drinks, and fantastic food! We had the Beef Bourguignon and it was so delicious! We have been to Paris numerous times and have had Beef Bourguignon at different restaurants but Au Bourguignon is the best! So so good! Reservations needed!

a jewel on the south side of rue de rivoli! fabulous, honest and kreatiw bistro cook. delicious and interesting staff who like to talk about eating and crying. the clientels are respectable regular and there is an atmosphere of openness and fraîcheur. the restaurant is overhauled by the owner, a gnädiger dolch that is welcoming and informed. owner-operated businesses are the key to a pleasant culinary experience.

Came to Paris for the first time and didn't know what to eat. Researched all the reviews and decided on classics. Started with French onion soup, then Escargot, beef bourguignon and lastly ended the dinner with creme brulee. I wish I could take a picture of my full tummy because this review would be far shorter. I don't have much to compare this restaurant to others but if this is what a French cuisine is all about, then I am seriously thinking about living here a month at a time just to experience more of this yummy cuisine. Currently in the restaurant trying to settle my tummy and I can actually see a variety of ethnic backgrounds, all very pleased. I really don't think they want to leave...
