"I’ve been a fan of Aubaine for about 8 years, but I was a bit disappointed today. The menu was not inspiring. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was only lightly seasoned but very tender. I thought that would be ok because the Caesar sauce is made with salty anchovies and the “bite” would balance the bland chicken… except it wasn’t ! The sauce was also bland and apparently deconstructed as there were two small fillets of i assume anchovy under the chicken breast. But they were not salty anchovies, they were soused (in vinegar). So the dish really didn’t work. It was perfectly edible, but it wasn’t a Caesar salad, nor was it anything else. My guest is vegan and normally I would have kept her company, but there was only one vegan dish the same one I had two weeks before: stuffed aubergine. It was ok, but not amazing as aubergine is rather rich. In January we had a really delicious soup. That, I would have enjoyed again, but sadly there were no soups on offer today. The ambiance is very pleasant in the restaurant and our waiter was really excellent, so we had an enjoyable time, but I’ve had much better meals at Aubaine."

i made the journey into London to eat brunch on a sunday! why wouldnt you serve brunch on a Sunday- thats a crime! left without eating and paying £9.00 for a bottle of water! theres no mention on their site that they dont serve brunch on Sunday View menu

the staff was very friendly, very polite and friendly. excellent service and beautiful atmosphere! I especially loved the fact that there was no time limit for the table and we spent almost 5 hours, eating, relaxing and super treated. the food was presented temptingly and costly. this is the fourth or fifth time that I visited this restaurant and has never been disappointed. highly recommended.

my daughter, my son and me went for a meal a 15.30 booking, we thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, the cocktails were amazingi loved the calamari best calamari in a restaurant I ever had, food was very tasty, i had the sea bass that was so tasty. we didn't have to wait for long periods between each order and to top it off we had the most amazing waiter, he was polite, had product knowledge of what ever we ordered, he was pleasant, happy, made us feel so relaxed and just what we wanted he always had a smile on his face.
