"Two of us ordered the full English breakfast, but it arrived cold. The pancakes we ordered were fine. We sent back the cooked breakfast and received a hotter plate the next time. The tea and coffee were lukewarm as well. The service was not great, and the fact that simple things were not done properly makes you question the quality of the entire establishment. Overall, not a great experience. Service: Dine in."

Not impressed. Food and drink cold and mediocre. Very, VERY hard to get the waiting staff's attention. We know it's challenging times but the staff were very busy cleaning and not really able to be attentive to the customers. Disappointing won't be rushing back View menu

Was my favorite place which I wanted to show to my family. We were left at the entrance 4 of us and 2 kids then obviously the waiter decided they don’t want that many, told us will have to wait 20 minutes. The restaurant was not that full. The restaurant had friendly staff unfortunately not longer the case.

They added a service charge to our bill at the restaurant. When we inquired with the waitress if this was her tip, she informed us that it was for the management. I was surprised by this, as I couldn't understand why management would need additional money. I chose not to pay the service charge and felt the need to caution other customers about this practice.
