"We made a reservation for 7:30pm and were unaware that the restaurant closed at 9pm until we arrived. Despite not feeling rushed, we did not leave until 9:30pm. It would have been helpful to have been informed of the closing time beforehand, as we were the only customers and felt pressured not to overstay our welcome. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that at least 2 cocktails were unavailable due to ingredients running out."

Bill's is a chain but a very good one. The food is delicious especially if you leave room for a flowerpot. Their service is always great they are so kind and helpful with my two dairy intolerant grandchildren.

Very happy with the service. The food was fast delivered and hot. The waitresses were all very froendly and smiling. It was a bit noisy but apart from tbat it was really a nice experience. I don't know other Bills but the Bills in Braintree essex is really nice.

I recently had breakfast and drinks at this restaurant and enjoyed them, but I found the service for taking orders to be very slow. I had to wait a long time for things like extra sugar for my coffee and extra syrup for my pancakes. I have been here before and the service was much better, so it may have just been an off day.

Must have been short staffed We didn’t get berry good service Some people left before even ordering as they were so slow One waitress joked and said we could go TGI’s They did apologise a lot but still felt like we were forgotten Wasn’t able to use 20% off code or blue light card as others used set menu soo bare that in mind Loads of salt on all the food, even the table water before we got any food tasted salty
