"California Bakery is one of the new open chain premises in the central via Torino. The location is treated in detail. The lamps hang from the ceiling between wicker baskets of various shapes and sizes. The place is very bright and thanks to the large windows overlooking the street, the light green color of the walls, the mirrors and the use of natural fiber furniture accessories allows you to relax. The presence of sockets to charge your mobile phone and tablet allows you to work by sipping an American coffee or tasting a slice of cake. It is a place to stop for a coffee with a muffin with chocolate drops, for lunch, for a dessert or a cocktail. There are various types of cakes from Cheese Cake, Double Chocolate Cake, Red Velvet, Carrot Cake. At lunch you can order excellent sandwiches with chicken breast and grilled vegetables or salads. There are also vegan proposals with hummus of chickpeas. Everything is very good and with quality products, although the last time I went the slice of Red Velvet cake was a little dry. On Sundays you can make a rich brunch, spending 25 euros, with coffee, orange juice, toast with salmon and avocado and eggs in shirt. The staff is always very helpful and kind."
