great service, personal was really friendly and polite. they were a little over cooked. but the rest of the food was delicious, will definitely return.

This restaurant is such a valuable local resource, the staff are always doing their best and really helpful although there always seems to be a slight staffing shortage. We had a great little lunch, thank you.

we visited this weekend and went twice. eating was good and on the normal beef standard, but what it was made for us was the service. fast friendly and not over camp and during work, staff stopped and had a chat that is what I call service

Sunday morning breakfast and drink as much as they want, wow! great selection of breakfast and drinks. I think it is very valuable and the staff seems very helpful. only a small thing that I had to wait a little until some things are refilled when they ran out. in any case a great place to start your day free.

The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service in a clean and welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend and return. The unlimited breakfast for £9.99 is great value and I have also enjoyed the tasty starters, ribs, chicken, and burgers. However, I would suggest avoiding the fish and chips as my fish was overly greasy and the batter was solid.

we were in the premier inn and stopped here for dinner. the service was great, the employees were beautiful and polite our waitress chloe was just the right amount of attention she did not harass us, but we never ran out of our drinks that I feel is always just the right amount. eating was good, most of a beefeater certainly do not expect disappointed and would eat happy here again.

The food is as expected, not always the quickest when it comes to replenishment of food and drinks, possibly short of staff? When asked, the staff were helpful, just a shame they aren't able to stay on top of cleaning down after people leave and topping up food and drink. Still £9.99 all you can eat breakfast and kids eat free is a bargain in today's financial climate. In short, Meh...would go again.

Staying at the attached Premier Inn and went in for dinner. Absolutely amazing service from our waitress! I'm learning to live with some new found food allergies and this was my first time eating out. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with what was available and my allergies were communicated to the kitchen staff (even afyer I forgot about one of my major ones) so that I would have no issues. Very impressed and the food was lovely aswell

I went to the Travel Inn for a Mother's Day birthday weekend. The staff at the front desk were helpful, but the Beefeater restaurant was not great. At 7:30 in the morning, a male staff member was extremely rude when we asked for coffee because the restaurant's machine was broken. Even though there was a working coffee machine right next to him at the bar, he refused to make any, saying he didn't want to do it for everyone. Additionally, it was not pleasant for customers to hear him say he can't wait for 5 o'clock at that early hour. The breakfast plates were cold and the food was lukewarm.
