Estos son Char, Fuego y Brasas; Lagarto Brasserie ambos en La Caleta, y Kensei en Costa Adeje. De primera mano, con una atención extraordinaria, disfrutamos de Char, un sitio de culto a la carne. El menú comenzó con aperitivos selectos: cecina de Wagyu de Teruel; anchoas del Cantábrico sobre tostada de cristal con tomate búlgaro del Valle de Güímar y un delicioso tartar de Luismi con carne madurada 18 días. Inolvidables los carabineros de La Santa, servidos con salsa de Beurre Blanc con vino amontillado y caviar, que dieron paso a las carnes: un jugoso lomo bajo de Wagyu Mudéjar con 48 días de maduración y chuletón Luismi en su punto. De postre tarta de queso de cabra con helado artesanal y frutos rojos. El maridaje fue sublime con vinos muy exclusivos."

We are three cooks and we have decided to choose char to eat a good meat, the truth that we have a lot especially for the attention of the comet digging, I do not remember the name, which served us with great professionalism and took care of choosing perfect wines with our selection of meat! The quality of the food here was really delicious. We had the rib eye steak to share 1.2kg. Which to be fair has to one of the most expensive steaks conceivable, but was worth the experience. So much flavour, and as you would image plenty of meat for two people. The starter and desert we shared we also excellent. Be prepared for an expensive meal but it was actually well worth it.
