"We had a wonderful time at The Cricketers, Jason and the lady serving us (sorry I have forgotten her name were simply outstanding!! They made us feel so very welcome and were kind and took a real interest in us and why we were out for lunch, she chatted to the kids and was just really lovely. The food was delicious, my Grandma and I had the Fish and Chips and it was beautifully cooked and really good value for money. My eldest son had the Gammon and he said it's the best he has ever had, and that's saying something from a 14yr old Gammon lover!! Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again : xx"

This is a really nice place, the staff are lovely and the food is really nice, it was all freshly cooked, piping hot and really good value for money. Signature fish and chips for £12 is great compared to most places now.

The manager let us in early on a very wet and miserable day. We hadn’t booked but he managed to squeeze us in. The kids were so happy and well looked after. They ate everything and were happy with the colouring and puzzles they were given. A great lunch thank you View menu

Today my husband and I and a further 13 guests in our 15 strong party dined at the Cricketers, and the food and service was truly outstanding. Emma and Jason in particular were amazing.... polite,friendly and helpful. It could not have been a better experience. The venue itself is lovely as well, and all very reasonably priced.
