"I recently had the opportunity to dine at L’Auberge du Zoo, and I was pleasantly surprised by the originality of a menu that honoured Roug’chou. The atmosphere was warm, with a touch of modernity that blended perfectly with the almost historical setting of this mythical place in Mulhouse. The meal was not only delicious, but also innovative, with these dishes highlighting the Roug’chou in an unexpected way. The chefs were able to transform this ingredient often underestimated into truly surprising culinary creations, combining flavours and textures harmoniously. I strongly recommend this establishment to those looking for a memorable gastronomic experience. I would like to point out that they have a clean menu at the restaurant and that the meal I attended was organized on the occasion of an evening of the Brotherhood of Roug’chou."

The building (historical) is beautiful, the decoration is made with taste and class, the service and the staff is at the top, smiling, efficient and pleasant, perfect. The kitchen is excellent, a large selection of traditional dishes made with precision and fairness, a value on. The terrace is beautiful, a must!
