"visited here for dinner (in the afternoon) on our shopping tour with our 3 children. menu for the lunchtime that was good and still a decent selection. the children's dishes are good and all 3 young have enjoyed their meal. it's a shame that you can't get 2x sides, although some of the meals are quite small. I chose the halloumi wrap I really regretted that I love halloumi, but there was so much salat and avocado that I could not even taste the halloumi in it, very disappointing. my man had the bbq bark pack he said was really nice. I thought the options were pretty cumbersome if they don't want chocolate or not. Too bad they don't have a strawberry or eton chaos sunflower. I tried the cream egg cookie dough at the end and it was very rich, in any case must come with ice. our waitress was nice, very fast. it's a good box stop for lunch, but I'd definitely get something else when we go back."

The most tasty but filling food I've had. All better than my standards and staff were lovely. Didn't wait long for the meal and piping hot as it should be!

The vegan options here are fantastic! I've enjoyed everything I've tried, and I absolutely love the Viva La Vegan burger! This is an update from the previous review dated August 27, 2019.

so far I have the vegan burger, garlic bread with cheese and the vegan nuggets everything really nice, including the cheese they use. I will try again the new burger and hotdog. very accommodating.

The new beetroot burger is delicious! The staff even allowed me to have it as my main dish from the lunch special menu. They have vegan starters and desserts, but unfortunately, there are no other main courses available.

The restaurant offers a range of options worth trying, and overall, the food is quite good! While the experience is somewhat standard and a bit gimmicky, it is still a lovely chain. I do feel the prices are a bit high for what you receive, but yes, the food is definitely enjoyable.

I've eaten with mam last week and my son here. my son has allergies. the system at place and place at frankies and benny is to exclude all meal times that contain the allergens on a tablet so that it is so easy to order for him who have a great thing for us as family in the position to eat out and know noah will not end with a bad like. and all the workers were brilliant with him.

"The place seems unprofessionally run. The staff all look like they could do with a bath. No overalls are worn and their clothes are all of the type that many would wear to lounge around the house in . Several have longer hair and beards but don’t wear any kitchen p.p.e. The decor is shabby and I wondered what kind of hygiene rating they would have. Although not busy, the staff seemed to be disorganised, falling over eachother and lacking in training. They seemed to handle the food in an inexperienced, clumsy fashion. The only tool I saw being used was a pizza peel for taking the pizza in and out of the oven. On all other occasions the food was handled. I didn’t notice any hand washing or alcohol gel in evidence. The menu is quite limited and uninspiring. 2 of the 6 pizza choices include chicken which Italians would argue is definite no no! All pizzas are reheated to order which eliminates the possibility of customisation. I don’t believe the restaurant would stand out in many European countries, as pizza in general is of a much higher standard than that in the UK. In spite of the above, The basic pizza is excellent in taste (even though it is all re-heated). And for this reason it is worth a visit. Compared to other uk pizza restaurants which are typically serving absolute garbage, the food is way out in front. If you can tolerate the negatives I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with the pizza. However with a bit of effort, this place could be transformed into something truly amazing."
