"... ́ ́ : reheated with its double dose of fat, soft and without texture worthy of representing the most ilotre of the companions. In this case meat to the stone.Beloved of the fried potato, we do not resign ourselves to swallowing apparent attempts to look only in name, to a product that enriches our gastronomy. a pity, like a simple or not so simple fries can burst a dinner. say, that everything else: atmosphere, service, product, broths...Yes they were up to the level, except for the waitress, that once the soft and pringed potatoes are shown, after being asked their opinion, is limited to saying again and again that they do not understand potatoes. denying the obvious is foolish and nothing worse to empathize with the client. possible and jota solution to this, it would be to charge the joto for dedicating a little more time and offering some friar potatoes worth serving and completing the enjoyment of a dish. Ejem:A ox chopton with apparently pringy fries, soft, reheated, blackened ... price x .........$B ox chopton with authentic fries good color and texture, without excess fat. price x .... 3 or 5 €Probably the vast majority would choose the chuleton b."
