By chance we stopped at this place. It was a fantastic experience. Starting from the welcome, the impeccable service, the professionalism, the choice of wines and finally the wonderful cuisine. The food had the right flavors presented with the sobriety that goes with good food. No embroidery is needed on the dishes to enhance their flavour. Everything impeccable. Booked a couple of hours before but after 7.30pm it filled up quickly, so I recommend booking early. The cuisine on offer is excellent, enriched by the pizzeria. Very friendly, professional and attentive staff. Cecina with chicory and anchovies is nothing short of amazing, the knife-cut beef tartare is excellent, the baked pork belly with asparagus deserves a monument, the risotto with asparagus and the vegetable side dishes with artichokes are also excellent.
