"We weren't sure where to eat on a Sunday night and chose this based on location as it was close to our hotel and we were a bit tired. I confirmed my booking online Note: Whist if doing this you get immediated confirmation the restaurant...don't for at least an hour afterwards and they actually may not be able to accomodate it its the booking sytems's fault not the restaurants. Anyway needn't had bothered as this large restaurantbarcoffee shop was pretty empty. Staff were charming and spoke english and the food was great. I had the Wiener Schnitzel which was a meak in itself"

Usually it’s good but not this time. The wienerschnitzel was a disappointment dry and a bit tasteless

Great location with a view into the courtyard. The filet sandwich was excellent and service was exceptional.

Great spot for breakfast when catching the S bahn. Menu was extensive for lunch and dinner too. Opted for the small plate breakfast which consisted of a selection of cheese, salami, bread and fruit. Really nice and good service too.

Just don’t bother to go. Rude manager, very slow service and average food with higher prices for the quality. My boyfriend and I waited over minute for a plate of cheese and some eggs with tomatoes. The presentation was lower than average View menu

This is a great, Vienna-style café/restaurant that serves a variety of German and continental dishes. I had some really good asparagus here. There are tables outside as well, including in the interior courtyard that's part of the fascinating Hackeschen Höfe complex. Staff are friendly and speak excellent English.

We had the coffee and 'small breakfast' which isn't very small.....a couple of bread rolls, Italian fennel salami, slices of cheese, slices of fresh fruit and a pot of jam each. Also had a glass of fresh juice which was lovely. Really good value. Nice atmosphere and the waiter was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The restaurant is located on the main road near the market of the same name, but we were shown to tables around the side, in a sheltered courtyard, which is the entrance to an unusual collection of buildings around courtyards, absolutely charming. The menu contains...a decent selection of mainly meat based dishes. We both chose the Weiner Schnitzel, which was very nice. The staff were efficient and friendly View menu

I had chosen this restaurant based on good reviews but was disappointed with the reality. Prices are more expensive than average which I knew in advance but were not matched by the food. My schnitzel was OK but not a patch on the ones I...had in Vienna a few years ago. My wife had salmon which was acceptable but nothing special. Service was a little slow initially it was a long time before they even took drinks orders but was acceptable after that

A magnificent and beautiful premises with more lightbulbs than I've ever seen in one room. Three of us went, I specifically wanted a veal wiener schnitzel. It arrived too promptly which makes me think it came out of a box or a packet. It was...very salty and the accompanying fried potatoes had no salt at all, however the salad was very good. I've eaten all over Germany over many years and the food varies slightly depending on which area you're in, there are better places than Berlin to eat
