"Went in for lunch with my wife Friendly service, comfortable. I had a smoked salmon, cream cheese and rocket leaf sandwich on local granary bread which came with a good leafy salad. The sandwich was huge and well made. My wife had the quiche of the day, which went down well and she couldn't finish it, which is fine. We thought the tea wasn't strong enough but I guess it's a question of personal taste. I wouldn't say it was cheap: over £25. Parking: Car park was at the other end of the main street. Quite walkable. Parking was cheap at £1.10 per hour. Needed coins!"

"Fantastic country pub, Always met with smiles from polite, friendly bar staff and waiting staff. Delicious food, reasonably priced, with a great selection on the menu. Also good selection of different strength ales that seem always to be kept well. We like the variety of seating and tables, some a bit quirky, charming and fun. Can never decide which table we like most ! Log fire is most welcome on those chilly days. Can get particularly busy on Sunday lunchtimes, so worth booking a table (have found they answer the phone before the doors open on Sunday, so short notice bookings are made possible). Nice mix of clientele. We've never experienced any coarse behaviour or language. Easy to get to/find."

"We revisited this pub after receiving a warm reception from the owner and staff during our last visit. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the food was excellent! The pub has a cozy atmosphere with a fireplace for colder days, but this time we opted to sit outside on the garden terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather. The cider was perfect for a hot day. The friendly waitress checked on us after 20 minutes to see if we needed anything. The owner and staff continued to make us feel at home, and the food we ordered was delicious. We were impressed by the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere of the pub, as well as the friendly locals. Thank you to everyone at The Wyndham for doing such a wonderful job!"

"My wife and I went there today for lunch, I had an 8oz Rump steak, which was excellent, my wife had the chicken and bacon salad, again excellent, both were presented well, the meal was tasty, and all the staff and landlord were really friendly, we will have to go back because it was the best meal we've had cooked for us in a very long time"

"We were a group of 3 who had been to watch a match at the local football club in Willand. We researched a local restaurant for a meal on the way back home and are very pleased that we found Noor Sitari. We only just got in so recommended to pre book! Although the restaurant part of the very busy takeaway is quite small, it is nicely decorated and quite separate. A very friendly reception and good and quite quick service with an extensive menu all reasonably priced. This is a bring your own alcohol restaurant and they do not charge corkage! Most important, the food is excellent well spiced and large portions (they were happy to put what we could not mange to finish into takeaway containers . So good, we will return (even if there is no football match! ."
