"Went to the harbour bar recently for a drink, walked in and the place was dead. Ordered a drink using the app and got served by the bar manager James. Our drinks were set in front of us without a word spoken, not even a...hello. The manager then proceeded to watch the football on the screen in front of us. Not as if he was too busy to speak! Also witnessed a member of the bar staff drop the tongs for the ice, then lifted them off the floor and placed them back into the ice bucket, not very hygienic! Extremely disappointing service."

Disappointed with the gluten Harbour burger order, only burger meat…..gosh felt it was again…..well behind the times. The chef should be ashamed.

just because a drink with our dog is required that dogs are no longer allowed in the bar, the barmann was very nice about it, but said their policy had changed.

Terrible service here. Staff were arrogant and pretty much just threw our drinks at us. There is nothing about this establishment that would make you want to visit. View menu

I had a good burger, nicely cooked with bacon, cheese and onion rings. Never understand restaurants that don’t put lettuce or something green on a burger even for presentation tho

Did a search for dog friendly bars and as this one was as top of search list we walked quite a distance to get here. Looked lovely but were not steps inside when we were told that dogs were not allowed. Guy behind the...bar did it in such a rude way that everyone else turned to look. Would have liked to have stayed as looked nice but after that wont be back with or without dog. With so many people visiting portrush with their pets it's a great way to cut down the numbers inside the bar I suppose. View menu

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the front harbour bar followed by a terrific meal in the bistro. We continued our evening in the top bar to enjoy the live music. The evening went downhill once a gang of over zealous unpleasant bouncers turned up I...presume to “police” what was a pleasant crowd. Completely over the top, each with a worse scowl and demeanour than the last. It changed the tone and made us all feel uncomfortable and not valued at all, surely they have the ability to judge the crowd and tone down the posturing.

visited today for a meal with my partner and our friends, as we had visited before and always had a great experience! the girl who served our table ruined our meal, very bad attitude. I understand that it is hard to get personal in the hospitality, but. her attitude was shocking, it seemed a lot of effort for her to take our order and then she called us children as we ordered the same court. we brought him with the manager and he apologized for her. very expensive menu that does not reflect the taste and quality of the food.

"Visited lost Found in Portstewart last Friday afternoon for some lunch. Checked the outdoor menu which stated food served until 3.30pm. Went ahead on inside. Started to briefly read the menu at the till as aware from previous visits that you order on arrival yourself at the counter. Was told by the female counter staff that we had 8 minutes to place our order and to take the menus to the table. We did this. Then when we said excuse me to the same member of staff, from our table, that we’d like to order, we were told we had to come back to the till. This made no sense whatsoever. From the moment we stepped in and were told that we had 8 minutes to order should have been the red flag I guess. Friday afternoon, not long till closing, they just didn’t want to be bothered prepping two rounds of food, The two members of staff in the premises had the worst attitude and no ounce of personality to be in the role that they are in. Every thing seemed to be a complete bother. May I also add, the food was very skimp, re portion sizes plus they seem to care more about the presentation than the food itself re the logo branded paper underneath the food. Try attempting to cut sourdough bread on this, not easy unless you want a mouthful of paper. Then when it comes to hot drinks, no sugar or milk provided. Yet again had to approach the till and ask for these to be provided with milk in a paper cup yet another couple had a glass jug of milk on their table (less dishes to wash I guess) and no white sugar at all, had to make do with brown sugar for tea. When asked for refills of hot water we were given a half full glass of this and then when asked for it to be filled up, yet again a whole botheration. Oh and don’t even get me started on the toilet facilities. Dingy to say the least. The premises in portstewart should never have reopened when it did as Lost and Found, previous owner/cafe was far more superior in all ways. Will not be back"
